If it is your first time signing on to the microfilm reader computers, an account has to be created on the local machine for you to log in.  This account is created when you enter your Cougar credentials, and checks against the network to confirm that you are a registered user.

The Microfilm computers are not hard wired to the network, and require a wireless connection in order to create new accounts on the computer.  Unfortunately, after a reboot of the computer, it can not automatically join the network and requires user input to make the connection.

After hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE and confirming you have read the the terms of usage, you should be at a login screen asking for a username and password.  On the bottom right of the screen you should see three icons, one of which is a globe (No network).  Click the globe and confirm that you want to connect to the eduroam network.  It could take up to two minutes to establish a connection.  Once the wifi connection has been established (Wifi network connected icon), you should be able to log in with your cougar credentials.
