Students, faculty, and staff members are allocated $9 for free black and white or color printing three times a year (fall, spring, and summer). How it works:

  • The free pages show up as a $9 print credit when you log into a print release station. If you have Cougar Cash in your account, your balance may be greater than $9. Your available printing balance includes the $9 credit as well as any Cougar Cash in your account.
  • Print release stations/printers are located on the first and third floors of Addlestone Library and in the Education Center atrium.
  • You can send a print job from a lab computer or send a job from your laptop using Mobility Print.
  • After your $9 allocation is used, you can use Cougar Cash to pay for additional prints at $0.03 per page for black and white, and $0.10 for color. You will receive an email from the printing system when your $9 credit is almost used up and the system needs to pull from Cougar Cash.

Ways to add Cougar Cash:

  • In person at Campus Services (accepts cash and cards)
  • At the Card Value Center in Addlestone Library (between the Podcast Studios, accepts cash only)
  • Online through eBill in MyPortal (cards, takes 2 hours to process)
